A new Location for the ASRS Tucson office opened for business on Tuesday, February 16th at 4400 E Broadway Blvd., Suite 200.

2016-17 Contribution Rates

At its December 4 meeting, the ASRS Board of Trustees accepted valuations for the various ASRS plans, and also approved new contribution rates for the Defined Benefit Plan, which includes health insurance supplements, and the Long Term Disability Plan for fiscal year 2016-17, which take effect July 1, 2016.

Employer Secure Messaging

As part of an ongoing effort to modernize and make the ASRS secure employer website more user friendly, we are developing a secure messaging application that will replace the secure email feature.

Printing Difficulties?

Many ASRS employers have reported issues with printing online screens since the ASRS website responsive design was released in May.

Retired Employee Health Insurance Premium Benefit

When a retiree changes or drops their health coverage through your employer, be sure to notify the ASRS using the Change/Delete form as soon as possible.

Fictitious Social Security Numbers

If your new employee is a non-resident alien, has a visa to perform work and meets ASRS eligibility but does not yet have a valid U.S. Social Security number, please use 000-00-0000.

Importance of Enrolling & Registering

There are currently more than 8,000 active employee accounts, with over 35 million dollars in employee and employer contributions, which are missing an address and date of birth.
