The Arizona State Retirement System is excited to announce a new project designed to enhance the Premium Benefit (subsidy) disbursement process. This initiative involves significant improvements to the online Employer Portal, aiming to make the process more efficient and user-friendly.
Our primary goal is to streamline the current process by requesting only the essential information needed to ensure accurate premium benefit payments. One of the first changes with this project is a change in the placement of the “HI Premium Benefit Payroll Summary Report” within your blue left hand navigation menu. This report is no longer under “Other Operations”. There is a new section, called “Premium Benefit”, and the “Premium Benefit Payroll Summary Report” will now be available by clicking on “Premium Benefit Report”.

Note: If your organization is not currently receiving a Premium Benefit from ASRS, selecting “Download Report” will temporarily direct you to the ACH Employer Form. We are working with our Technical Services Division to update this process.
