1. Arrive 10 minutes early, giving you time to park and check in.
2. Expect the appointment to last 30 minutes, so come prepared!
3. Pre-answer the questions on the appointment checklist
4. If you want to file for retirement during the appointment, bring your direct deposit information with you. This is most easily accomplished by bringing a voided check from the checking account where you want your pension funds deposited.
5. Also, bring details on your beneficiary(ies), including SSN, proof of date of birth, full name, address and other contact information
