The Arizona State Retirement System Board of Trustees generally meets four times a year. Types of issues discussed by the Board are: legislative updates, investment presentations and reports, and various operations reports. The Board also sets time for calls to the public, during which anyone may address the Board.
In addition, there are three Board Committees, which also meet regularly.
The Investment Committee meets to discuss fund performance and to review investment fund performance, asset class structures, and economic outlooks and opportunities.
The Operations, Audit & Legislative Committee meets to discuss the ASRS budget and other internal fiscal and policy issues, external audits of employer participants, and updates on legislative affairs.
The Appeals Committee meets to review and hear formal member appeals.

The ASRS also posts the official Minutes from Board of Trustee and Committee meetings. They are posted to the website once they are approved, which takes place at the following meeting. Recorded livestreams of meetings are also available to view.
Members of the public are welcome to attend all Board and Committee meetings either in-person or view meetings remotely.
