Dental Plans
For calendar year 2023, the dental benefit structure remains unchanged for all plan options and plan premiums remain unchanged.

Non-Medicare Plans
The medical benefit structures and monthly premiums remain unchanged for calendar year 2023.
Beginning in 2023, the fitness program will transition from SilverSneakers® to UHC One Pass. The new UHC One Pass program features an expanded network of fitness centers and fitness options. For more information on the new fitness program benefit, see page 28 of the Enrollment Guide and this helpful video.

Medicare Plans
The medical benefit structure remains unchanged for both Medicare Advantage plans. However, monthly premiums will increase in 2023 due to a year-over-year reduction in the Retrospective Rate Agreement funds available for premium reduction.
- Beginning in 2023, the fitness program will transition from SilverSneakers® to UHC Renew Active. The new UHC Renew Active program features an expanded network of fitness centers and fitness options. For more information on the new fitness program benefit, see page 37 of the Enrollment Guide and this helpful video.
- The programs and services following inpatient and skilled nursing facility discharges will continue to include home-delivered meals and, beginning in 2023, will include transportation and in-home personal care. For more information on the new Healthy at Home program, see page 38 of the Enrollment Guide.
Open Enrollment Timeline

Through October
You will receive educational emails in preparation of open enrollment. Topics will include important updates, information, and more.
► Guides Mail Out
Starting October 13
Packets containing 2023 healthcare plan information mail out. Please review these materials prior to open enrollment.
► Open Enrollment
November 1-30
This is a passive enrollment. If you currently have coverage, no action is needed to maintain coverage in 2023. New enrollment or plan changes will not be accepted after Nov 30 without a qualifying life event.
► New ID Cards
by December 31
Group Medicare Advantage PPO ID cards were mailed at the end of October. New enrollees or those making changes to their plan will receive ID cards by December 31.
Group Medicare Advantage HMO ID cards will arrive by December 31 for all current enrollees, new enrollees or those making changes to their plan.
Non-Medicare and Dental ID cards will only be provided to new enrollees or those making changes to their plan.

January 1
Any changes made during open enrollment will be effective starting January 1.
