A few important things to know:
• Shared emails are out. ID.me verifies individual identities, so each user must have their own unique email address.
• Details matter. Enrollment information must match legal IDs exactly for verification to work.
• Backups are essential. If your admin can’t log in, neither can your organization.

Before the transition, we encourage all administrators to take a few minutes to review their current access:
• Do you have at least two administrators?
• Are all user emails individual and up to date?
