If you’ve recently changed ASRS employers, don’t forget to update your myASRS account! Every ASRS employer has a unique enrollment code they provide to all their new employees - it’s important to go through the online re-enrollment process with your new employer’s enrollment code to ensure that your information on file is completely up-to-date.
When you begin employment with a new ASRS employer:
- • Visit https://secure.azasrs.gov/web/EnrollmentLogin.do
- • Select “Click Here to Enroll or Re-Enroll with the ASRS.”
- • Verify your identity with ID.me
- • You will be routed back to the ASRS secure site to complete and be guided through the re-enrollment process, where you will enter your new employer’s enrollment code
Once your employer approves the enrollment and the first contribution from your new employer is received by the ASRS, your secure account will update and reflect your new employer and contributions. By re-enrolling your account, you will ensure your contributions are properly associated with you.
Remember: you only have one ASRS account, no matter how many ASRS employers you work for. This process doesn’t create a new account; it just updates your existing account.
You can check on the status of your ASRS membership and account balance at any time by logging into your secure myASRS account using your ID.me login credentials.
