In March, ASRS will be upgrading the log-in process for all secure accounts, both Member and Employer, in order to strengthen account security and streamline access. To ensure a smooth transition, we need your help now.
Before this upgrade goes live, please take time to review and update your employer account information. Accurate access and clean user records are essential for a seamless rollout.
What You Need to Do Now
1. Confirm Administrator Access
Double-check that your designated administrators are still correct:
• Ensure current admins are actively employed and authorized.
• Remove administrators who no longer oversee ASRS access.
• Assign additional administrators if needed to prevent access delays later.
2. Review of User Demographics
Make sure all active users have up-to-date demographic information:
• Correct names
• Current job titles
• Accurate email addresses
• Current telephone numbers
This helps ensure that every user can authenticate smoothly during the transition.
3. Remove Inactive or Former Employees
If a user is no longer employed with your organization—or no longer requires ASRS employer access—please remove them immediately. Keeping only current, necessary users in your portal significantly reduces access issues when the new sign-in system is launched.
Why This Matters
The upcoming upgrade is designed to improve security and ensure that every user can confidently and safely access their ASRS account. However, outdated information or incorrect information can create avoidable delays and access challenges when the change goes live. Taking a few minutes to update your information now will help prevent interruptions later.
More Information Coming Soon
As the ID.me rollout date approaches, we will share additional details, instructions, and guidance to help you prepare for the updated sign-in process.
Thank you for your cooperation in getting ahead of this important upgrade. Your prompt attention helps ensure a smooth, secure transition for everyone.
