The Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS) is excited to introduce a new feature designed to provide enhanced support to our valued employers: Co-Browsing. This tool allows ASRS agents to assist you more effectively by viewing your screen and guiding you through your Employer Secure Account in real time.
How to Use Co-Browsing
There are two ways to initiate a Co-Browsing session, depending on whether you prefer to contact ASRS via phone or chat:
Voice Co-Browse
1. While on the phone with an Employer Relations team member, you can begin by logging into your ASRS Employer Secure Account.
2. Locate and click on the “Live Chat” button, situated in the upper right corner of your screen.
3. Next, click on the “Join Co-Browse” button.
4. You will then see a screen prompting you to enter a meeting ID. This 6-digit code will be provided to you by the ASRS agent during your phone call.
5. Once you enter the Co-Browse code, and the session will begin.
Chat Co-Browse
1. Log in to your ASRS Employer Secure Account.
2. Click on the “Live Chat” button.
3. Click on “Message us” to initiate a chat with an ASRS agent.
4. The ASRS agent will send you a request through the chat to start Co-Browsing. Simply accept the request to begin the session.
ASRS agents can only view your Employer Secure Account, ensuring the privacy of all other browser tabs or applications. With this new Co-Browsing feature, ASRS aims to provide more efficient and personalized support, making it easier for employers to navigate their accounts, get answers quickly, and receive real-time support.
