Confirm that all active users have INDIVIDUAL accounts with:
• Correct legal names (for example, first and last name, no nicknames)
• Current email addresses (not group email accounts)
• Accurate job titles and contact details
ID.me authentication relies on accurate demographic information. Outdated records may delay or prevent user verification.
✔ Remove Inactive Users
Start the year with clean and secure employer user accounts by removing:
• Employees who are no longer with your organization
• Users who no longer require ASRS access
