Tom Manos has an extensive career of government service at the State and County levels. He recently retired as County Manager for Maricopa County, overseeing a workforce of 13,000 and an annual budget of more than $1 billion.
Mr. Manos joined Maricopa County in 1984 and has served as Deputy County Auditor, Administrator of the Parks and Recreation Department and as Chief Financial Officer.
