Marc Boatwright

Marc Boatwright serves as Chief Executive Officer of Covenant Credit Partners, a credit investment firm with a primary focus on managing syndicated bank debt and related derivatives. Covenant Credit Partners is a joint venture with Livermore Investments, Ltd., a Swiss-based investment fund. 
 
Prior to founding CCP, Mr. Boatwright served as Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager and Team Leader with ING Investment Management, where he led the firm’s global Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) business. He led the issuance of seven CLOs and served as the lead portfolio manager for 13 funds totaling $6.5 billion. Prior to ING, Mr. Boatwright covered special situation assets for Providence Capital, a hedge fund in Minneapolis, Minn. 
 
Mr. Boatwright also has extensive experience with operating companies in emerging market telecommunications and international development sectors. From 2001-2003, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Andes Industries, Inc. a global broadband equipment manufacturer. From 1998-2001, he served as the Managing Director of VillagePhone, LLC, a wireless telecommunications company in Africa and Latin America. 
He also served as a management consultant and program director for a number of initiatives in Africa and Latin America. 
 
Mr. Boatwright was a research fellow at Harvard Business School in 1993 and began his career in 1990 as an attorney with Katten, Muchin & Zavis in Chicago, Illinois. 
 
He received his J.D. from the Harvard Law School, and his B.A. in philosophy from Wheaton College.
