The ASRS recognizes some members require specialized in-person counseling. Appointments are required for all in-person counseling sessions at our Phoenix office. This will allow the ASRS to prepare in advance of the member’s visit and decrease wait times.

The ASRS website has recently been completely updated with new features aimed at new and retiring employees. We also offer sign-up for group meetings on retirement and health insurance. Meetings are held every week at convenient times, including evenings and weekends at our Phoenix office.
Our New and Prospective Members page answers lots of basic questions about the ASRS. And our new interactive GPS feature will guide members along their road to retirement, no matter where they’re at in their career.
Should your employees wish to visit our office to meet with a Retirement Specialist, they must first call ahead to schedule an appointment.
The ASRS has an office in Phoenix. Business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, excluding holidays.
