Clark Partridge is a Financial Consultant with the Arizona Public Safety Personnel Retirement System.
Mr. Partridge began his career with the State of Arizona in the General Accounting Office in 1989 and has served in various capacities, including Chief Financial Officer for the Department of Commerce, Deputy State Comptroller, and over 18 years as State Comptroller.
Prior to joining the state, he worked in public accounting for Arthur Andersen & Co.
Mr. Partridge has actively participated in various national professional organizations, committees, and work groups. He is a past president of both the National Association of State Auditors, Comptrollers and Treasurers and the National Association of State Comptrollers. He currently co-chairs the Partnership for Intergovernmental Management and Accountability sponsored by the Association of Government Accountants. He was a volunteer with the March of Dimes for more than 30 years, serving as a board member for chapters in both Utah and Arizona.
Mr. Partridge holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Government Financial Manager.
