Service Reminders for Our Members

While our Member Advisors on the phones enjoy helping answer any questions you may have,  we do have times during the week that we experience a higher than usual call volume that may result in longer wait times. So when is the best times to call?

Usually the best times to call are:

    • Tuesday - Friday: Typically, Mondays have the highest call volume of any day of the week. Calling Tuesday - Friday may help your call get answered faster
    • Late in the Day - Particularly Thursday & Friday afternoons. Lunch time is often a busy point, with a lot of people calling on their break. Waiting until after lunch helps you avoid the spike in calls.
    • First thing in the morning (unless it's a Monday). Sometimes it's an age-old saying for a reason; The early bird gets the worm!

Our goal is for you to have the best customer service experience possible, so please call us whenever you are available!  But, to potentially avoid a longer-than-normal wait time, we like to recommend the above days or times if possible. As a reminder, our normal Call Center times are:

    • Monday – Wednesday, 8 AM - 11:30 AM and then 12:30 PM – 5 PM, except for holidays
    • Thursday & Friday, 8 AM - 11:30 AM and then 12:30 PM - 4 PM, except for holidays.
