ASRS Requires Appointments to Meet with Individual Members

The ASRS recognizes some members require specialized in-person counseling. Appointments are required for all in-person counseling sessions at our Phoenix and Tucson offices. This will allow the ASRS to prepare in advance of the member’s visit and decrease wait times.

Be sure to first visit our website for basic retirement questions and information about your personal account. It’s all there, 24/7. AzASRS.gov has recently been completely updated with a new look, new features and content for members and retirees.

Our New and Prospective Members page answers lots of basic questions about the ASRS. And our new interactive GPS feature will guide members along their road to retirement, no matter where you are in your career.

The ASRS also offers webinars, webcasts and group meetings that members may find helpful. Visit the Member Education section of the website to see all the opportunities available!

Should you need to visit our office to meet with a Senior Benefit Advisor, call ahead to schedule an appointment.

The ASRS has offices in Phoenix and Tucson. Business hours at both locations are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
